In a recent media case of Jiangsu fraud, the so-called "issuer executives" and "senior investment advisers" were barbers and chefs, respectively, who faked the distribution of virtual currencies like “BNM” and “TVB” and used investor speculation to commit fraud. 1. 比特币（BTC）

答案是肯定的。早在2013年12月，中国人民银行发布的《关于防范比特币风险的通知》明确了比特币是一种“特定的虚拟商品”。因此，在中国持有比特币如同持有其他无形的商品，并不违法。据中国银行法律研究会理事肖飒表示，

2. 以太坊（Ethereum - ETH）

以太坊并非骗局，但它相较于比特币更倾向于中心化运作。至于以太坊在中国的合法性，其团队表示中国或将大力推动以太坊的发展。例如，知名机构北京大学及国有企业均在积极利用以太坊协议开发应用和平台。同时，中国国家网信办发布的《区块链信息服务管理规定》亦支持以太坊，基于以太坊主链的项目可以直接备案。因此，ETH以太坊在中国被视为合法财产。

其余加密货币的合法性

其它加密货币如泰达币（Tether - USDT）、比特币现金（Bitcoin Cash - BCH）、莱特币（Litecoin - LTC）、EOS、币安币（Binance Coin - BNB）、比特币SV（Bitcoin SV - BSV）和恒星币（Stellar Lumens - XLM）等的合法性状况各异，有的面临法律诉讼和质疑，有的在中国有着明确的合法属性，还有部分参照同类项目定性。
