谈到平台币的通证模型，我们不得提到币安的BNB平台币和火币、OK的平台币HT和OKB，这3个平台币是过去两年时间最值得投资的平台资产，币安的BNB帮助币安成为全球最大的交易平台之一，提供了很大的帮助，以至于老牌交易平台巨头 OKEX和火币不得不跟随币安的脚步，发行了自己的平台币，通过回购让利来留住用户，这让我们看到了通证模型对交易平台这样价值极度容易量化的业务，能起到巨大价值。

As a result of our research, 20 per cent of the profits in a pass model of platform currency, such as currency security and currency, are lost to the holders through repurchase and 80 per cent to the shareholders of the company. Under this model, repurchase of platform currency is an operating cost for the platform's shareholders, while price increases in the platform's currency can lead to an increase in the cost of repurchase of platform currency, which the platform's shareholders are reluctant to see.
我们看到币安在早期一直按照白皮书的规则回购二级市场的代币时，随着币安业务收入的上涨，BNB的价格一路上涨，但是当币安为了加快实现白皮书中将两亿BNB销毁为1亿的目标，主动改变了回购规则，把从二级市场回购，变成了直接销毁团队锁仓的BNB，BNB的涨幅就开始放缓了，这事一度引发了很大的争议，这里面体现出来的是币权和股权的矛盾，也影响了币价在二级市场的表现，币价并不能真实的在二级市场表现应有的价值。

One of the conclusions that emerges from this is that a semi-passed block-chain routing model is not a good way to resolve conflicts between the currency holder and the shareholder, but that a semi-passed platform pass has helped to increase the platform's operations, and that there is a great opportunity to resolve the conflicts between the currency holder and the shareholder through full-passionation.

Here I would like to elaborate on the secondary market logic of a 100 per cent pay-up/pe-price buy-back: the term PE is derived mainly from the market rate of the traditional securities market, i.e., the price divided by each share of the gain, and it reflects the foam value of the company or the heat of the capital market.
10倍PE定价回购，简而言之，就是按照每个币可以获得多少年化收益的10倍来做二级市场定价回购， 10倍PE价格=每币年化收益*10。
Ten times the price of the PE and, in short, 10 times the annualized gain per currency for the secondary market, 10 times the price of the PE = annualized gain per currency*10.
举例来说，如果发行2100万个平台币，每个币的价格是1USDT，当年平台收入210万USDT，按100%收入分配，则每持有1个币，一年可以获得0.1 USDT的收益，也可以理解为10%的年化持币利率，因此这种情况下，平台币的PE=1/0.1=10，10倍PE回购的价格=10(PE) * 0.1(每币年化收益)=1USDT。
For example, if 21 million platform coins are issued at a price of 1 USDT per currency, the platform received 2.1 million USDT in that year, distributed on a 100 per cent income basis, and earned 0.1 USDT earnings per year for each currency held, which can also be understood as 10 per cent annualized currency interest rate, in which case the PE = 1/0/1 = 10, 10 times the PE repurchase price = 10 (PE) * 0.1 (annualized gain per currency) = 1 USDT.
按此定价模型，如果平台全年入2100万USDT，则10倍PE的二级市场定价会是10USDT，2100万USDT的平台收入，相对于这个巨大的加密货币交易市场来说只是很小的一个比例，因此也是容易实现的。
Under this pricing model, if the platform were to enter USDT 21 million throughout the year, 10 times the PE's secondary market price would be 10 USDT, 21 million USDT's platform revenue, which is only a small proportion of this huge market for encrypted currency transactions and is therefore easy to achieve.
为什么是10倍PE？是我们通过统计各个平台的利润和币价之间的关系，以及成熟的传统的券商股这样股票的PE值计算的，实际上这个数字有点保守，如果按照美股科技公司和A股很多券商，这个PE的值应该在15到30之间。
Why 10 times PE? We measure the relationship between the profits and the currency of the various platforms, as well as the PE value of mature traditional bond stock, which is in fact a bit conservative, if based on US-technology and A-sharers, the value of the PE should be between 15 and 30.
为了让利用户和考虑可能的风险，我们也参考币安、火币、OK的20%的利润回购和他们的平台币价的15到30倍关系，最终使用了10这个相对可靠的PE值。
In order to benefit users and consider possible risks, we have also used a relatively reliable PE value of 10 by reference to a 15 to 30-fold profit buy-back relationship of 20 per cent of the value of their platforms.
这样的定价回购模型，对HBC未来的币价来说意味着什么？
What does such a price-back model mean for the future currency of HBC?
我们可以来看以下的例子：
We can look at the following examples:
（1）如果平台日均收入5833USDT, 月收入17.5万USDT，年化收入210万USDT，则HBC二级市场回购价格为：210*10/2100=1USDT；
(1) If the platform earns an average of 5833 USDDT per day, 175,000 USDT per month and 2.1 million USD per year, then the repurchase price for the HBC secondary market is 210*10/2100 = 1 USDT;
（2）如果平台日均收入23333USDT, 月收入70万USDT，年化收入840万USDT，则HBC二级市场回购价格为：840*10/2100=4 USDT；
(2) If the platform earns an average of 23333 USDDT per day, a monthly income of 700,000 USDT and an annualized income of 8.4 million USD, the repurchase price for the HBC secondary market is: 840*10/2100=4 USDT;
（3）日均收入18.4万USDT, 月收入552万USDT，年化收入6624万USDT，则HBC二级市场回购价格为：6624*10/2100=31.54USDT；
(3) Average daily income is 184,000 USDT, monthly income is 5.52 million USDT, annualized income is 6.624 million USD, while the HBC secondary market repurchase price is 6624*10/2100 = 31.54 USDT;
（4）如果平台日均收入200万USDT，月收入6000万USDT，年化收入7.2 亿USDT，则HBC二级市场回购价格为：7.2亿*10/2100=342USDT。
(4) If the platform earns an average of USDT 2 million per day, a monthly income of USDT 60 million and an annualized income of USDT 720 million, the repurchase price for the HBC secondary market is 720 million*10/2100 = 342 USDT.
