火币中国袁煜明：打造“区块链+”一站式平台 促更多应用落地

新浪财经讯 12月6日，在“海南自贸港数字经济和区块链国际合作论坛”上，火币中国CEO袁煜明表示，火币中国的愿景是打造“区块链+”的一站式平台，通过提供服务包括咨询、技术、研究、培训等，希望真正地将区块链应用到实体经济中，能够推动实体经济更好地发展。
On 6 December, at the Forum for International Cooperation on the Digital Economy and Block Chains at Hainan Freeport, China's CEO stated that China's vision was to create a one-stop platform for the “block chain plus”, which, through the provision of services, includes advice, technology, research, training, etc., would make it possible to genuinely apply the block chain to the real economy and contribute to its better development.
“海南自贸港数字经济和区块链国际合作论坛”由海南省工业和信息化厅主办，海南生态软件园、火币中国承办。这是全球首次区块链部长级论坛，来自十多个国家及地区的14位部长级别官员出席了本次论坛。
The Hainan Forum on International Cooperation in the Digital Economy and Block Chains of the Hainan Freeport, hosted by the Hainan Province Office of Industry and Informatization, and hosted by Hainan Eco-Softland, China, is the first global Ministerial Forum on Block Chains, attended by 14 ministerial-level officials from more than a dozen countries and regions.
“海南在政策的支持下会成为区块链产业发展、腾飞最好的土壤。”火币中国CEO袁煜明发表了以《助力海南自贸港数字经济建设》为主题的开场致辞，并表示海南将构建一个崭新的基于技术驱动的制度创新和产业创新的开放式运营平台，包括火币中国在内的企业对海南自贸区（港）改革开放机遇和由此带来的区块链产业发展前景充满了预期。
“Hainnan, supported by policy, will be the best soil for the development of the block chain industry and for taking off.” In an opening address on the theme “Construction of the digital economy in Liyi Hainan Port”, China’s CEO Xiaoming, China, said that Hainan would construct a brand-new open operating platform for technology-driven institutional and industrial innovation, and that business opening up opportunities, including in China, to reforms in the Hainan Trade Zone (Hyenong) and the ensuing prospects for the development of the sector’s chain industry were full of expectations.

袁煜明表示，区块链的作用已经有目共睹，结合中央最新精神，未来要发挥区块链在促进数据共享、优化业务流程、降低运营成本、提升协同效率、建设可信体系等五个方面的作用，以实现区块链技术在更多领域的落地应用。
It is stated that the role of the block chain is already well known and, in the light of the latest central spirit, the future role of the block chain in promoting data sharing, optimizing business processes, reducing operating costs, enhancing synergies and building a credible system to achieve more field applications of block chain technology.
火币中国扎实推动区块链技术赋能实业，在房地产、零售业、快消、电子商务、物联网、旅游业、知识产权保护等实体产业进行了区块链赋能实践，研究范围覆盖区块链底层技术、数据共享、教育、物联网等20多个行业领域。
China has firmly promoted block-chain technology enabling practices in real estate, retail trade, fast-out, e-commerce, physical networking, tourism and intellectual property protection, and has studied over 20 industry areas, including block-chain technologies, data-sharing, education and material networking.
“在海南政府领导的支持下，火币中国将业务立足海南，以区块链赋能实体经济为战略目标，致力于为海南的区块链产业发展和人才建设培养添砖加瓦。”袁煜明直言，自2018年9月火币中国总部正式进驻海南区块链试验区以来，已经深刻感受到海南各行各界对于区块链行业的热情和无限支持。
“With the support of the Head of the Hainan Government, China has established its operations in Hainan, with the strategic objective of giving the physical economy to the chain of blocks, and is committed to adding bricks to the development of the territorial chain industry and human capacity-building in Hainan.” To put it bluntly, the enthusiasm and unlimited support for the territorial chain industry from all sides of Hainan has been deeply felt since the official installation of the Chinese headquarters in Hainan in September 2018.
火币中国推动区块链技术与实体经济的深度融合，目前已有多个成功案例。例如火币中国与椰云网络、海南银行共同开发了“椰云区块链积分发行监管系统”；与中信地产开展区块链园区建设，探索“区块链+地产”落地模式；联合中移物联网、海能达、世纪乾金等建设了国内首个探索基于区块链和物联网技术的身份共享核验平台等。
There have been several successful examples of China’s deep integration of block chain technology with the real economy. For example, China has developed, together with the Coconut Cloud Network and Hainan Bank, a “System for the Regulation of Chain Distribution of Coco Cloud Blocks”; construction of a block-link park with the Cino-Tin estate to explore “block chain plus property” landing patterns; and the development of the first national identity-sharing validation platform to explore block-link and item-network-based technologies.
袁煜明表示，火币中国围绕区块链进行了全面布局，联合工信部人才交流中心打造区块链人才培育体系、参与IEEE区块链国际标准制定工作、发起成立区块链专利联盟、加入链上海南生态联盟、加入由国家信息中心、中国移动、中国银联等发起的区块链服务网络BSN发展联盟，均成为首批成员单位等。
According to Ming, China has developed a comprehensive layout around the block chain. The JIT Talent Exchange has developed a system of talent development for the block chain, participated in the development of international standards for the IEEE block chain, initiated the establishment of a block chain patent union, joined the Shanghai Eco-coalition of the chain, joined the National Information Centre, China Movement, the China Silver Union, etc., and became the first member of the BSN Development Alliance of the block chain service network.
此外，在本次论坛上袁煜明隆重推出了“数字经济及区块链产业科普系列新书”，分别是面向普通高等教育推出的《区块链导论》、《区块链系统设计与应用》和《区块链新商业模式分析》系列教材，这是国内最早推动的区块链教材之一；火币中国还积极参与数字经济的研究，由中信出版社出版的新书《读懂Libra》已经上市；由火币中国负责编写的区块链技术科普读物《区块链技术进阶指南》将于12月面世；首本行业内最全的区块链应用案例集《区块链产业应用100例》在本次论坛进行了首次刊印。
In addition, at this forum, the new book series “The Digital Economy and Block Chain Industry” was launched. The series of guides to block chains, “Design and Application of Block Chain Systems” and “Analysis of New Business Models in Block Chains” were launched for general higher education; it was one of the first to be promoted in the country; it was also actively involved in the study of the digital economy. The new book “Libra reading” published by the China-China publishing house was published; the section technology guide for block chain technology, prepared by the China-Roy currency, will be published in December; and the first of the series of case studies on the application of the block chain in the first industry, “100 examples of the application of the block chain industry,” was published in this forum.
