中证网讯（记者 郑雅烁）3月4日，火币科技控股有限公司（下称“火币科技”）发布公告称，其全资资产管理附属公司火币资产管理（香港）有限公司获香港证券及期货事务监察委员会牌照, 容许根据《适用于管理投资于虚拟资产的投资组合的持牌法团的标准条款及条件》进行香港法例第571章证券及期货条例附表5界定的第4类(就证券提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动，发行虚拟货币基金。
On 4 March, the Chinese Internet (journalist Cheng Yashun) issued a circular stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Dollar Technology Holdings Ltd. (hereinafter “Kyen Money Technology”) had been licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Supervisory Board to permit the issuance of a virtual monetary fund for the activities defined in Schedule 5 to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 (Provision of advice on securities) and Category 9 (Providing asset management), which were regulated under the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Holdings Act, applicable to the Management of Investment Portfolios Investing in Virtual Assets.
据悉，火币资管将会发行三只虚拟货币基金，分别为比特币追踪基金，以太坊追踪基金和多策略虚拟货币基金。这意味着火币资管成为自香港证券及期货事务监察委员会2019年10月执行虚拟货币基金经理需遵守的条例后，第二家获批的虚拟资管公司，也是第一家获准发行主动投资策略虚拟基金。
According to the information received, three virtual monetary funds will be issued, one for the Bitcoin Tracking Fund, and the other for the Tahrir Tracking Fund, and the Multi-Tactical Virtual Monetary Fund. This means that the latter became the second approved Virtual Monetary Fund, the first to be approved to issue a voluntary investment strategy, after the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Supervisor's Board implemented its regulations in October 2019.
火币科技负责人表示，在美国，以特斯拉为代表的机构正逐步把比特币引入主流资产配置，预计亚洲未来一段时间会有同样的发展趋势。
