比特币矿池Poolin称遭遇流动性危机，暂停提款与交易

世界最大矿池之一Poolin，昨日宣布暂停所有提款功能，官方宣称是为了面对流动性危机，用户所有资产都不会受到损害。

Poolin, one of the world's largest ponds, announced yesterday the suspension of all withdrawal functions, officially claiming that in the face of a liquidity crisis, no user's assets would be harmed.

全球主要矿池之一Poolin，不仅提供比特币挖矿聚合功能，也推出自己的PoolinWallet钱包，但在昨天就表示因为遭遇“流动性危机”，紧急暂停了所有钱包的提款功能，确保修户资产稳定。

Poolin, one of the world's major ponds, not only provides a bitcoin mining aggregation function, but also rolls out its own Poolin Wallet wallet yesterday, indicating an urgent suspension of all wallet withdrawals due to a “liquid crisis” to ensure the stability of the asset of the repairer.

“PoolinWallet将暂停所有提款、闪兑和内部交易功能，直到流动性恢复稳定”，Poolin官方公告表示，他们将在一周内提出有效的解决办法，请用户放心。

“Poolin Wallet will suspend all withdrawals, flashes and internal transactions until liquidity is restored to stability”, the Official Bulletin of Poolin states that they will come up with effective solutions within a week to reassure users.

事实上从8月开始，Poolin用户就遭遇到提款速度缓慢的问题，而频频抱怨。Poolin首席执行官Kevin Pan表示，他们正在考虑几个方案，包括举债，来恢复流动性。

Indeed, since August, Poolin users have experienced slow withdrawals, often complaining. Chief Executive Officer Kevin Pan of Poolin has indicated that they are considering several options, including debt collection, to restore liquidity.

流动性这三个字听起来很厉害，但说白了就是用户放在这的资产，现在不在这了，官方肯定要设法把资产从其他地方移回来，否则就会全面崩溃，只能跑路收割。

与此同时，Poolin矿池也发出一个惊人的公告，从9月8日起，所有比特币与以太币矿工，都不会收取手续费，有效期长达12个月。但只限定拥有1颗BTC或5颗ETH的用户，才能享有这个优惠。

At the same time, the Poolin pond issued an alarming announcement that, as of 8 September, all bitcoins and Ethers will not be charged a fee for up to 12 months. But only one BTC or five ETH users will be allowed to enjoy this benefit.

一般来说，矿池提供算力聚合服务，当成功挖出矿时，从中抽取手续费，作为获利来源。市场上多数矿池的手续费落在1%左右，而Poolin提出的免手续费优惠，显然是要吸引更多矿工加入，以此挖出更多币来注资流动性。另一方面，也希望有矿工愿意将币放在账户内，来获得免手续费资格。

In general, the ponds provide arithmetic aggregation services from which fees are drawn as a source of profit when a mine is successfully excavated. Most of the pits in the market fall to around 1%, while Poolin’s offer of a fee-free concession is clearly intended to attract more miners to join as a means of generating more money for liquidity. On the other hand, it is hoped that miners will be willing to put money in their accounts to qualify for the fee-free.

Poolin是一家中国矿池，目前是全世界算力第六大的矿池，由于中国全面禁止加密货币挖矿，因此Poolin正在设法将挖矿业务转移到美国德州，或许是因此导致他们投入太多成本，而无法即时提供用户“流动性”。

Poolin, a Chinese pond, is now the world's sixth most productive, and because of China's total ban on encrypted currency mining, Poolin is trying to transfer mining operations to Texas, United States, perhaps at too much cost to provide immediate user “mobility”.
