The purchase of imported medicines, from looking for replacements to the sale of mobile phones to Beijing; the exploration of space rocket satellites, from the word “national” to the name “people”; and the cutting-edge technology of the chain, from a void to having its own “core” and “chains”... In Beijing today, new industries have flourished and become an important support for Beijing's progress towards high-quality development.

浩瀚星辰，令人神往，民營企業也不例外。自2015年國內第一家取得全部准入資質的民營運載火箭企業誕生以來，本市涌現出一批民營航天新勢力。從南邊的星際榮耀、星河動力、藍箭航天等火箭公司，到北邊的九天微星、銀河航天、千乘探索等衛星公司，雖然成立年頭隻有三五年，卻接連創造出中國第一枚民營運載火箭、第一顆走通商業全流程的民營衛星等一批航天新紀錄。

如今，“兩區”建設將為民營企業逐夢宇宙增添新“燃劑”，一批支持衛星互聯網產業發展的政策措施正在落地。針對民營商業航天企業風險高、投資大、回報期長的發展難題，本市計劃依托市級的高精尖產業基金等引導基金，支持社會機構合作設立衛星網絡、商業航天領域的子基金，再通過子基金對符合要求的項目進行股權投資。
