2023年9月8日，广州市政府官网发布了《广州市进一步促进软件和信息技术服务业高质量发展的若干措施》，为助力推动政策落地，进一步提升我市软件和信息技术服务行业的竞争力和创新能力，广州市区块链产业协会于10月18日在励弘文创旗舰园成功举办区块链创新应用赋能实体经济系列活动暨Web3.0 前瞻学术研讨会（元宇宙与数字版权藏品专题）。
On 8 September 2023, the Guangzhou Network of Municipal Officials launched the “Specific Measures for Furthering the Quality Development of Software and Information Technology Services in Guangzhou City” to help promote policy entry and further improve the competitiveness and innovation of the software and information technology services industry in our city. On 18 October, the Guangzhou Association of Municipal Chain Industries successfully organized a series of activities on the Economics of Block Chain Innovative Applications and the Web3.0 Pre-Visioned Academic Seminar on the theme of the Yuan Cosmos and Digital Copyright Collections.
广州市工业和信息化局原总经济师、广州市区块链产业协会党建指导员黄冠乔，广州市工业和信息化局信息和软件服务业处处长许剑出席会议。本次研讨会由广州市区块链产业协会秘书长任豪博士主持。研讨环节，参会代表围绕元宇宙、数字版权藏品等以区块链技术为核心的新型应用对实体经济的赋能发展，以及行业领域当前面临的共性发展等问题进行了热烈的讨论。元宇宙、数字版权藏品的跨链认证、上链时间、数字身份等实践发展问题引发了热议，会议普遍认为在行业发展当前阶段，亟需通过开展标准化工作，以及发挥行业服务平台作用协调解决行业发展共性问题。
The seminar was chaired by Dr. Hao, Secretary-General of the Guangzhou Municipal Chain Industry Association. The participants in the seminar focused on the enabling development of the real economy through new applications, such as the meta-cosm, digital copyright collections and other sector-based technologies, as well as on the common development that the industry is currently facing. Practical development issues such as the multi-chain certification of digital copyright collections, upper chain time, digital identity, etc. The meeting generally agreed that there is an urgent need to address cross-cutting issues of industry development at the current stage of industry development through standardization and the use of industry service platforms.
本活动是2023年创交会系列活动之一，由中国科协企业创新服务中心、中国创新创业成果交易会办公室、广州市科学技术协会指导开展。本次会议的成功举办，是广州市国家区块链创新应用综合性试点城市的又一突出生态成果，是助力广州国家区块链发展先导区建设，打造世界软件创新名城的又一重要工作推动。
The event, one of the 2023 launch events, was conducted under the direction of the China Association for Business Innovation Services, the China Innovation Entrepreneurship Results Fair Office, and the Guangzhou City Association for Science and Technology. The success of the conference was another outstanding ecological achievement in the city’s pilot city of Guangzhou for the integrated application of block chains for innovation, as well as an important contribution to the development of the pilot zone for the development of the Ligangzhou National Block Chain and the creation of the world’s software innovation city.

西安电子科技大学通信工程学院原院长沈八中教授作“新人工智能后的元宇宙价值”主题分享，他讲到元宇宙的核心是人类、物理、数字世界的交融，由数字孪生、AR/VR/MR、区块链、AI等技术融合构建。
Professor Shen Chiu, former Dean of the Communications Engineering School of the University of Electronics and Technology of Xian, shared the theme “The value of the meta-cosmos after a new artificial intelligence”, referring to the convergence of the human, physical and digital worlds at the heart of the meta-cosm, built by technological convergences such as digital twins, AR/VR/MR, block chains and AI.
中国电子技术标准化院区块链研究室副主任王晨辉介绍当前元宇宙标准化方面的实践和探索，以及数字版权藏品领域的新模式介绍等。
Wang Jonghui, Deputy Director of the Block Chain Research Unit of the China Institute for Standardization of Electronic Technology, gave a presentation on current practices and explorations in the standardization of the metaspace, as well as on new models in the field of digital copyright collections.
