The block chain technology is "fire" again!
10月24日，中共中央政治局第十八次集体学习，内容涉及区块链技术发展现状和趋势。这次会议传递出明确信息，就是把区块链作为核心技术自主创新的重要突破口，明确主攻方向，加大投入力度，着力攻克一批关键核心技术，加快推动区块链技术和产业创新发展。
On 24 October, the 18th collective study of the Central Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on the current state of and trends in the technological development of the block chain was held. The meeting sent a clear message that the block chain should be used as an important entry point for core technological autonomy, that it should be clearly defined, that it should focus its efforts on a number of key core technologies, and that it should accelerate technological and industrial innovation in the block chain.

一问：什么是区块链技术?
专家特意打了个比方，在一个100人的村庄，张三向李四家买了一头牛，向他支付1万元。过去，他要依靠中间人村会计赵六(总记账人)，将自己账下的1万元转到李四账下。而有了区块链系统，张三可以直接将自己账本中的1万元记到李四的账本上，同时交易信息会传到全村(即整个区块链系统)，其他98个人也能看到信息。这样一来，不用担心赵六的账本丢失，也不怕李四不认账，而且由于系统记录了整个交易过程，又具有可溯源的优势。 In a 100-person village, Zhang San bought a cow from Lee's four families and paid him $10,000.
