币圈大地震，赌场众生相

近些年沉醉于金钱味道，乱象丛生的币圈，终于迎来了一次改变整个币圈生态的史诗级大地震。

In recent years, intoxicated with the smell of money, the currency circle of chaos has finally ushered in an epic earthquake that has changed the ecology of the entire currency ring.

9月24日，央行等10部委联合发布了《关于进一步防范和处置虚拟货币交易炒作风险的通知》指出，境外虚拟货币交易所通过互联网向我国境内居民提供服务同样属于非法金融活动。

On 24 September, the Central Bank and 10 other ministries jointly issued the Circular on Further Prevention and Handling of the Risks of Virtual Currency Transactions, which states that the services provided by the offshore virtual currency exchange to residents in the country via the Internet are also illegal financial activities.

这一定性之下，国内三大虚拟货币交易所之一的火币网彻底清退，大量游走在灰色地带的虚拟货币交易所关停。

Under this characterization, the currency network of one of the country's three largest virtual currency exchanges has been completely cleared and a large number of virtual currency exchanges have been closed down in grey areas.

火币CEO李林将清退理由归咎于家庭，而一些火币网的投资者和用户显然并不买账，声讨李林和火币的声音此起彼伏。

The Seigny CEO Lee Lin blames families for the reasons for the withdrawal, while some of the investors and users of the network apparently do not buy the money, and the voices of Li Lin and the coins are squeezing each other.

交易所以外，构成整个国内虚拟货币灰色生态的矿场、行情分析软件、数字货币钱包，则大批关停国内服务，是否转道海外不可知。

一时间，币圈大乱。有人趁乱炒作，国内三大虚拟货币交易所中另一家OKEX被北交所收购。这一消息虽被辟谣，但是混乱之中，OKEX交易所平台币OKB价格翻倍。（OKB是OKEX交易所发行的平台币，类似股票证券，不同的是OKB并不同于证券交易所发售，并且每年回购，价值模型通缩）

一直游走在灰色地带的国内币圈，政策的明确之下，有人如鸟兽散，有人激愤狂吠，有人趁乱渔利。剩下的是一地鸡毛。如同一非法的赌场，清场之下终生形态毕现。

币圈“大地震”来了

9月24日，央行等10部委联合发布了《关于进一步防范和处置虚拟货币交易炒作风险的通知》指出，境外虚拟货币交易所通过互联网向我国境内居民提供服务同样属于非法金融活动。

On 24 September, the Central Bank and 10 other ministries jointly issued the Circular on Further Prevention and Handling of the Risks of Virtual Currency Transactions, which states that the services provided by the offshore virtual currency exchange to residents in the country via the Internet are also illegal financial activities.

对于相关境外虚拟货币交易所的境内工作人员，以及明知或应知其从事虚拟货币相关业务，仍为其提供营销宣传、支付结算、技术支持等服务的法人、非法人组织和自然人，依法追究有关责任。

Legal liability is imposed on persons in the territory of the relevant offshore virtual currency exchange, as well as on legal persons, organizations of illegal persons and natural persons who, knowing or knowing that they are engaged in virtual currency-related business, continue to provide services such as marketing publicity, payment settlements, technical support, etc.

在同一时间，监管部门还出台了《关于整治虚拟货币“挖矿”活动的通知》通知提出全面梳理排查虚拟货币“挖矿”项目。

满币网之前常常官司缠身，国内OKEX等专业网站比特币期货价格没上涨到达5万美元时，满币交易所价格已经到达5.5万美元，国内火币等网站比特币期货价格没下跌到4万美元时，满币网价格已经3.5万美元了。

其中包括币圈最大矿场F2Pool、星火矿池，QKL123。行情分析软件AICoin、CoinGecko、CoinMarketCap、TradingView、非小号。数字货币钱包TokenPocket（TP钱包）、NBMINER、HyperDAO、imtoken。

在16家交易所，矿池和行情交易软件的暂停公告中，最让我震惊的不是币安和火币的清退公告，而是币核交易所（BHEX）的清退公告。

赚完，火币想全身而退？

赚得盆满钵满的火币高管们，想“金盆洗手”。

9月24日下午，火币网发布公告称，为了响应监管要求，已于2021年9月24日停止中国大陆地区新用户注册。

On the afternoon of 24 September, the Democratic People's Republic of China announced that, in response to regulatory requirements, the registration of new users in mainland China had been suspended on 24 September 2021.

看着这个消息，我和熟悉币圈各种套路的一家交易所运营“辉哥”聊着天。

Look at the news, I'm talking to "Hui" running an exchange that knows about currency rings and all sorts of ways.

辉哥说，“上次交易所出海，比特币大跌70%，结果换个海外服务器依然可以运行，这次估计差别也不会太大，等着一起捡漏吧”。

然而这次我们等来的却是火币交易所清退公告。

9月26日下午，火币网在公告中宣布清退细则，火币将会在今年12月31日前全面清退认证为中国大陆的用户，并关闭人民币入金的OTC通道。

On the afternoon of 26 September, the Democratic People's Republic of China announced in an announcement the rules for the withdrawal of the currency, which will be fully certified as a user on mainland China by 31 December this year, and the closing of the People's Democratic Republic of China currency-in-kind OTC channel.

简单来说就是，12月15日后，用户没办法在火币网交易了。

到了2022年1月1日，火币会直接关闭国内交易所，用户没办法入金、交易和充币，只能把自己买过的币提到数字货币钱包中。

消息发出后，港股火币科技断崖式下跌，火币科技第一天下跌14.53%，第二天下跌21.5%，两天跌幅达到40%，近乎腰斩。

还没等股东们对币价下跌反应过来，火币在HT大户群又抛出一发重磅炸弹。

火币CEO李林在HT大户群中说，“我也理解大家，可能在投资上有赔有赚，但我没有选择。我在山西的这几个月，让我明白了一个事，这个世界只有家人才是离不开我们的。没有火币大家会有币安和OK，没有HT，大家会有OKB和BNB。但是我的孩子，没有我谁也代替不了，我的父母没有我，谁也代替不了，对不起我确实认怂了，如果因此让大家失望我很抱歉”。

李林的话很明确，火币要关门了，累了，想回去陪家人。

李林这席话一出，火币大户群立马炸了锅，大户群中的“小史”先是劝说：“没事，我们不在国内运营，好好聊聊海外”。

作为币圈交易所一早就应该有出海的觉悟，现在币安不也办得好好的，股东们陪着你就行。

A currency exchange should have known to go out of the sea early in the morning, and now the money is well done, so the shareholders can stay with you.

小史的言外之意是，国内政策我们能够理解，火币出海，作为国内三大交易所出海也肯定有一席之地。

The small meaning of history is that we understand domestic policies and that there must also be a place for the tender to go to sea as the country's three major exchanges.

而李林在群中直接否定了“小史”火币出海的想法。他的回复仍然是亲人牌，“我不愿意出国，我的孩子和家人都在国内，每个人都选择不同，我不愿意和祖国对着干，我的家人也不愿意出国”。

Li Lin has simply rejected the idea of a small history to go to sea. His response is still a family card: “I don't want to go abroad, my children and family are home, everyone chooses differently, I don't want to go against my country, and my family doesn't want to go abroad”.

李林说出这番话后，大户群里有投资人绝望地说到“我从HT14.5美元/个，一路加仓到现在，我就没想过火币会死”。

李林三番五次地说火币交易所会不再运营会直接清退。这让国内的火币大户们异常愤怒，他们不能接受自己或许刚抄底的HT不久就归零。

首先是之前劝说李林的“小史”站了出来，先是问如果火币清退，平台币HT怎么办？

The first was to persuade Li Lin's "sister" to come forward, first of all, to ask what would happen to the platform coin HT if it was cleared?

李林没有正面回答这个问题后，小史立刻开始对李林“口吐芬芳”，李林也国骂回敬，并表示，“你买HT是你的决策，国内的政策我不能掌握”。

投资者说，火币并不无辜

小史和一众投资人这么愤怒的原因在于，火币刚两个月前做了HT活动。

Little History and a group of investors were so angry because it was only two months ago that the gun was engaged in HT activities.

两个月前火币推出了Huobi Prime活动，也就是投票上币，持有HT的币圈大户拥有更多的话语权和投票权。

Two months ago, the tender introduced Huobi  the Prime campaign, which is about voting in the currency, has more voice and voting rights for large-scale HT-holding households.

每一轮Huobi Prime的胜出项目都会在火币得到丰厚的回报，开盘上涨3—5倍只是基本操作，牛市时10倍涨幅才是Huobi Prime开盘项目的梦想。

Each round of the Huobi  the Prime winning project will be well rewarded by the fire, the three-to-five-fold rise in the opening is just a basic operation, the ten-fold increase in the cattle market is the dream of Huobi  and the Prime opening project.

并且就算火币没有胜出也没关系。火币网作为国内第一大交易所，对品牌的曝光度也很高，一般没能在火币上市的项目方，只要投票尚可，马上可以找到一家二流交易所上市。

And even if it does not win, it doesn’t matter. As the country’s first-largest exchange, it has a high profile for brands, and it is usually not on the project side of the currency, and a second-class exchange can be found as soon as the vote is ready.

HT大户群中的“小史”就是看到了HT的价值，在火币发布清退公告前豪赌一把，买入了大量的HT，为下一次Huobi Prime活动做准备。

只是没想到这次清退是真的清退，一切抄底资金都打了水漂。

在整个HT大户群争论不休的时候，HT持仓排行榜前十基金负责人“刘毅”（刘毅是Cdot创始人，清华大学硕士，资深IT架构师，20年IT互联网系统设计开发经验，拥有20年A股、10年美股投资经验，也是最早的加密货币投资者之一）也出来聊天了。

据币圈资深玩家所说，火币平台币HT持有最多的人，除了火币CEO李林，火币CTO朱家伟和金色财经创始人杜均外，HT持仓数量能排上号的“刘毅”也是其中之一。
