Promises are steady. Money-distributors are mostly market elites who are on the wrong track, looking at the weaknesses of humanism and greed, and bombing micro-messages, forums and other social channels with written promises of “high returns” and “no drops”.
3. 后进投资者一般通过传销组织搭建的网站、App或H5直接或间接充值买币、拿货。为了避免执行机关轻易找到线索而下令封掉网站、下线App，许多组织者也会通过微信“点对点”和线下见面的方式进行交易。
Back-to-back investors usually buy and take goods directly or indirectly by means of websites set up by distribution organizations, apps or H5s. In order to avoid an easy lead from the executive authorities, the site is blocked, the downline Apps are blocked, and many organisers deal by means of a micro-mail “point-to-point” and a meeting under the line.

传销，指组织者或者经营者发展人员（下线），通过直接或间接发展的人员数量或者销售业绩为依据计算和给付报酬，或者要求下线以交纳一定费用为条件，取得加入资格等方式牟取非法利益的行为。
Distribution is defined as an act by which the organizer or operator develops (downline), calculates and pays for an illicit benefit by means of a number of persons who have developed directly or indirectly or on the basis of a sales performance, or by requiring that the downlink be made conditional on the payment of a certain fee to qualify for membership.
搞传销的与时俱进，限制人身自由的蛮力模式已经落伍，传销“人才”开始将目光投向新式传销：互联网传销、微传销和加密货币传销。
Distribution has kept pace with the times, and aggressive models that restrict personal liberty have failed, and “brain” sales have begun to look at new distributions: Internet sales, micro-distributions and encrypted currency distributions.
互联网传销主要以网赚、理财投资或电子商务等作为幌子发展下线；微传销寄居于“微商”，每个拿货成为代理的人都可以继续发展自己的次级代理；而加密货币传销利用投资者对区块链和加密货的认知空白，及其不劳而获、一夜暴富的心理，将“加密货币”的概念与传销结合起来。
Internet distribution is developed mainly under the guise of net earnings, financial investments or e-commerce; micro-distributions are held in “micromarkets”, where every person who takes the goods as an agent can continue to develop their own sub-agents; and encrypted currency distribution combines the concept of “encrypted currency” with distribution, taking advantage of investors' perceived gaps in block chains and encrypted goods, as well as their hard-earned, night-to-night-rich mentality.
实际上，传销币不是加密货币。比特币等真正的加密货币具有去中心化、分布式记账、代码开源等特点。所有的交易记录在区块链浏览器上可查询，交易数据公开透明，不可篡改，在Github社区可以看到完整的代码更新情况，这是投资者监督项目方是否按计划干活的重要渠道之一。
Real encrypted currencies, such as bitcoins, have the characteristics of decentralisation, distributional bookkeeping, open source of codes, etc. All transactions are recorded on block-chain browsers, the transaction data are transparent and not subject to tampering, and complete code updates can be seen in the Github community, which is one of the important channels through which investors monitor whether or not the project party is working as planned.

小米2015年亏损9.8亿元，2016年开始盈利；滴滴至今烧了240亿美金，今年才可能实现盈利；京东2009年以来经营亏损累计188亿，去年才开始实现全面盈利。
反观这些山旮旯出身、靠包装骗人的传销币，何德何能短短时间内实现暴富并满足投资者的所有幻想？传销币组织者大多是走上歧路的营销精英，洞察人性唯利、贪婪的弱点，用承诺“高额回报”、“只涨不跌”的文案轰炸微信群、论坛等社交渠道。 In contrast to these hillbilly origins, the counterfeiting of currency, the packaging of which is a lie, how can the rich and the illusions of investors be met in a short period of time?
