“区块链”作为近期最潮的热词,引起广泛关注。12日,在省软件行业协会联合苏州同济区块链研究院举办的区块链技术应用讲座交流会上,专家深入浅出地剖析区块链技术,让听众颇为受益。

“简单地说,区块链是一种去中心化的分布式账本数据库,其独特的优势在于数据的确权使用、价值的高效传输等。”省经信委软件处副处长张巍介绍说,区块链底层技术还不成熟,基础设施还不完善,在数据处理效率方面也有一定局限性。但是,作为第一个大规模实践去中心化模式的先驱,区块链很有可能成为未来价值传输的互联网基础设施。

苏州同济区块链研究院院长马小峰介绍说,目前已有四批不同的人员进入区块链技术领域,包括2009年第一批极客、IBM等企业、2016年为获取短期利益者以及眼下的传统投资人。他们看到,将技术与行业融合后可发现许多跨界创新点,因此都被区块链技术散发的魅力所吸引。
The President of the Institute for the Development of the Block Chain in the same region of Suzhou, Ma Xiaofeng, explained that there were four different groups of people entering the technical area of the block chain, including the first batch in 2009, such enterprises as IBM, short-term beneficiaries in 2016, and current traditional investors. They saw that integrating technology with industry would reveal many cross-border innovation points, which were attracted by the charms of the block chain technology.
“区块链的出现,提倡‘分布式’‘去中心化’概念,文件被打碎分布式存储在很多节点上。在读取时,所有节点同时反应,读取速度更快也更安全。”马小峰认为,区块链技术好比修建一条新型高速公路,是未来数字经济时代新型基础设施,集成分布式数据存储、点对点网络传输、共识机制与加密算法等众多前沿科技,更是加速融入物联网、云计算、大数据等应用领域,创新机遇众多,前景非常广阔。

也正是基于这样的原由,区块链已被写入我国《“十三五”国家信息化规划》,被列为需要加强基础研发和前沿布局的重要发展方向和重点前沿技术。

区块链作为方兴未艾的技术,正在突飞猛进地发展中。马小峰认为,对于区块链技术,应该有四大基本认识:区块链与大数据、人工智能不同,是网状、立体问题的信息技术,具有社会性;区块链不只是金融科技的核心技术,还将扩展到广泛的应用场景;货币和ICO(首次代币发行)只是区块链世界的一部分,并不代表区块链世界的全部;区块链技术既不是一无是处,也不是万能的。
The block chain is rapidly developing as a technology that continues to flourish. Ma Xiaofeng believes that there should be four basic understandings of block chain technology: they are different from big data, artificial intelligence, information technology in the form of grids, stereos, and social in nature; they are not only the core technology of financial science and technology, but will also be extended to a wide range of applications; money and ICO (the first issue of a token) are only part of the block chain world and do not represent the whole of the block chain world; they are neither in the right nor in the right.
谈到对区块链技术发展的预期,马小峰认为目前区块链的应用还远远谈不上普及,距离出现一个广泛的社会化区块链应用还需要时间。市场上出现的产品大多是某些企业小规模的场景应用,这些项目整体的行业影响力还较弱。区块链行业亟待出现突破性应用,把整个行业往前推一步。
When it comes to expectations of technological development of the block chain, Ma Xiaofeng believes that the current application of the block chain is far from universal, and that it will take time to develop an extensive social block chain. Much of the products that emerge in the market are small-scale applications of certain firms, and the overall industry impact of these projects is weak. The sector of the block chain is in need of breakthrough applications to move the industry forward.
张巍说,我省将进一步探讨如何为省内从事区块链技术应用的重点企业提供资源分享和技术平台,例如建立省级区块链技术应用协会或产业联盟,建立“链谷”众创空间等。
Zhang Xing said that my province would explore further ways to provide resource-sharing and technology platforms for priority enterprises in the province engaged in block chain technology applications, such as the establishment of provincial block chain technology application associations or industry alliances, the creation of “ chain valleys & rdquo; and crowd creation spaces.
“在区块链技术领域,目前江苏在全国处于第一集团军靠后的位置。”马小峰认为,江苏拥有大量的人才和产业基础,在区块链技术发展上大有可为。

专家建言,江苏加强区块链人才培养和技术标准建设,开发具有自主知识产权的区块链测评平台,为行业提供公益性测评服务,为行业拓展提供基础保障,促进区块链技术与我省制造业融合发展。(记者 吴红梅)
Experts argued that Jiangsu would strengthen the development of skills and technical standards in block chains, develop a platform for the measurement and evaluation of block chains with autonomous intellectual property rights, provide industry with a public goods assessment service, provide basic safeguards for industry expansion, and promote the integration of block chain technology into manufacturing in our province.
