据币安官方公告显示，这是一次大规模的系统性攻击，黑客获得了大量用户API密钥，谷歌验证2FA码以及其他相关信息。黑客在区块高度575013处从币安热钱包中盗取7000枚比特币。
According to the currency security official announcement, this was a large-scale, systematic attack, with hackers acquiring a large number of API keys, Google verifying 2FA codes and other relevant information. The hacker stole 7,000 bitcoins from the currency’s heating wallet at a block height of 575013.
北京链安称，被盗币安热钱包地址为 1NDyJtNTjmwk5xPNhjgAMu4HDHigtobu1s。据分析，黑客团体使用了复合型的攻击技术，包括网络钓鱼，病毒等其他攻击手段。此次币安被盗BTC被黑客分散至20个主要地址，目前尚未扩散。
According to Beijing Chain Security, the stolen currency was located at 1NDyJtNTjmwk5xPhjgAmu4HDhigtobu1s. It was analysed that the hacker group used complex attack techniques, including cyberfishing, other means of attack such as viruses. The stolen currency was dispersed by hackers to 20 main addresses and is not spreading.
币安在公告中表示，将使用“SAFU基金”全额承担本次攻击的全部损失。由于此次被盗可能因为币安内网遭黑客长期APT渗透，币安承诺将花费一周时间对平台安全进行彻查，并升级其安全防御系统。
In the announcement, MoneyAnn states that the SAFU fund will be used to cover the full cost of the attack. Since the theft may have been hacked into by APT for a long period of time, it is promised that it will take a week to thoroughly check the platform’s security and upgrade its security defense system.

在推特上，币安创始人赵长鹏转发公告时表示：“今天不是个好日子，但我们会特别透明。”截止发稿，赵长鹏已经在推特上回答了几波币友的问题，这种处事态度让币安收获了一波币圈点赞。

事件影响众说纷纭
The strong has influenced the debate.
除了各种支援，不少币圈人士纷纷针对此次事件提出想法。Galaxy Digital创始人Michael Novogratz在推特发文称：“这是一次警醒，因为当世界上的最大交易所发生盗窃事件时，2%带来的也是灾难性的后果，这应该引起监管机构的更多审查。”
In addition to all kinds of support, a lot of people in the currency community have come up with ideas about the event. Michael Novogratz, founder of Galaxy Digital, wrote on Twitter: “This is a wake-up call, because when the world's largest exchange is stolen, the consequences of 2% are catastrophic, and this should lead to more scrutiny by regulators.”
正如赵东所说，没有攻不破的交易所，这么大的交易所要不被盯上很难，在专业黑客眼里，只有时间和成本的问题。
As Zhao Dong said, it is difficult for such a large exchange to remain unattended and, in the eyes of professional hackers, it is only a matter of time and cost.
另外一边，Primitive Ventures创始合伙人DoveyWan称，这起事件可能引起币圈的注意，但远达不到“重组”的程度。尽管此次事件对币安造成损失，但对于BTC价格的影响十分微小。对比之前币安的一次类似事件，实际确实没有掀起多大风浪。
On the other hand, Dovey Wan, a founding partner of Primitive Ventures, argued that the incident could attract currency interest, but was far from “reorganization.” The impact on BTC prices was minimal, despite the damage caused to the currency.
2018年7月，部分API用户在SYS交易时出现异常交易行为并触发了Binance风控系统。经查证，两小时内超7000枚BTC被转入同一地址。当日，币安发现一笔交易——在SYS上购买了96个BTC（623万美元），SYS称其网络可能存在漏洞导致。
In July 2018, some API users engaged in unusual transactions during SYS transactions and triggered the Binance wind control system.
