据韩联社报道，韩国五大金融集团中，有三家集团就不参与加密交易所验证工作达成了一致意见，决定不接受加密货币交易所的申请，或者设定苛刻的内部标准，拒绝向加密货币交易所发放实名账户，这三家分别是KB金融集团公司(KBFinancialGroupInc)、韩亚金融集团(HanaFinancialGroup)和友利金融集团。这三家集团均表示，如果与加密货币交易所进行交易，虽然可以获得手续费收入，但、黑客攻击等金融事故风险更大。根据韩国新修订的《特定金融交易信息法》，商业银行需在尽职调查过程中对加密货币交易所进行“综合验证”。今年9月底之前，加密交易所需从银行获得实名账户方可营业，该法案及强制执行令已于今年3月份生效。

Under Korea’s newly revised Law on Specific Financial Transactions Information, commercial banks would be required to “comprehensively authenticate” an encrypted currency exchange in the course of due diligence.
