近日,由上海市科委指导,解放日报社和复旦大学经济学院联合发布《2024上海WEB3.0创新生态建设调研报告》(后简称为《报告》),这也是上海市首个WEB 3.0行业报告。波场TRON积极参与了这次调研。波场TRON参与此次行业报告的调研,希望有助于推动公众对区块链、WEB 3.0行业的认识和了解,更好地推动整个行业的持续发展。
Recently, under the direction of the Shanghai City Scientific Committee, the daily newspaper Liberación and the School of Economics of the University of Khatami jointly published the report " 2024 Shanghai WEB 3.0 ", which is the first WEB 3.0 industry report in Shanghai. 据悉,解放日报社邀请学术界和产业界的多位专家前往上海树图区块链研究院、上海科学院区块链研究所、波场TRON、CertiK等科研机构和企业调研,了解行业发展动向,倾听业界专家观点。在此基础上,专家团队撰写了调研报告。
《报告》在深入调研的基础上,指出WEB 3.0发展面临的挑战,包括:底层技术尚未成熟,概念落地缺少有力支撑;基础设施建设与发展需求不匹配;WEB 3.0难以融入实体经济,产业链有待完善;风险较高且监管不足;相关行业标准有待制定。针对这些挑战,《报告》提出了一系列建言。
On the basis of in-depth research, the report identifies challenges to the development of WEB 3.0, including: low-level technologies that are not yet mature and lack strong conceptual support; mismatch between infrastructure development and development needs; difficulties in integrating into the real economy, with industrial chains to be perfected; higher risks and inadequate regulation; and relevant industry standards to be developed. In response to these challenges, the Report makes a series of contributions.
《报告》认为Web3.0时代,上海可在以下六方面有所作为:一是充分发挥上海数字经济的优势,为Web3.0生态体系的构建提供坚实基础;二是出台围绕Web3.0领域的专项支持政策,开展Web3.0顶层设计与体系建设;三是加大对Web3.0发展的金融支持;四是积极推动Web3.0领域标准体系建设;五是打造Web3.0产业生态创新高地;六是创新Web3.0监管体系建设。
In the Web3.0 era, the report concluded that Shanghai could make a difference in six areas: first, to make full use of the advantages of the Shanghai digital economy and to provide a solid basis for the construction of the Web3.0 ecosystem; secondly, to introduce a specific policy of support in the area of Web3.0 for the development of the Web3.0 top-level design and systems; thirdly, to increase financial support for Web3.0 development; fourthly, to actively promote the construction of the Web3.0 standard system; fifthly, to create an eco-innovation highlands in the Web3.0 industry; and, sixthly, to create an innovative Web3.0 regulatory system.
波场TRON接受报告前期调研时指出,稳定币和RWA的大众化是区块链和加密技术必定要经历的发展过程,随着比特币现货ETF的通过,稳定币和RWA会迎来快速发展期,并带动整个Web3行业的发展。
TRON accepted the report's earlier study, noting that the stabilization of the currency and the popularization of the RWA were processes that were bound to be experienced by block chains and encryption technology and that, with the adoption of the Bitcoin spot ETF, the stabilization of the currency and the RWA would usher in a rapid period of development and lead to the development of the whole Web3 industry.
在分析WEB 3.0 发展面临的挑战这个问题时,《报告》再次引用了波场TRON的回答:“目前遇到的问题应该是行业壁垒过高。行业标准异质,给构建一个便捷、自由流通的技术网络带来了困难。”
In its analysis of the development challenges of WEB 3.0 the Report again quotes Tron: “The current problem is that industry barriers are too high. Industry standards are heterogeneous, making it difficult to build an easy, free-flowing technology network.”
