市场翘盼的香港虚拟资产现货ETF即将获批！

4月15日，华夏基金（香港）、博时国际、嘉实国际等三家基金公司子公司均宣布，计划发行能投资于现货比特币和现货以太币的ETF产品。这距离上周二获得虚拟资产资管服务资格仅一周时间。
On April 15, three affiliates of the Foundation, Hong Kong (Hong Kong), Bohing International, Kaguya International, and others announced plans to issue ETF products that could be invested in spot bitcoin and spot in TT. This was only a week before they were eligible for virtual asset management services last Tuesday.
不过，据知情人透露，距离香港市场虚拟资产现货ETF产品正式落地，尚需香港证监会进一步完成相关资料审核，正式公示名单有望在4月内披露。

4月15日，华夏基金（香港）称，获得香港证监会批准，可向投资者提供虚拟资产管理服务，现计划发行能够投资于现货比特币和现货以太币的ETF产品。
On 15 April, the summer fund (Hong Kong) stated that, with the approval of the Hong Kong CVM, virtual asset management services could be provided to investors and that there were plans to issue ETF products that could be invested in spot bitcoin and spot in TT.
据了解，华夏基金（香港）将携手虚拟资产行业领先合作伙伴OSL数字证券有限公司和领先托管机构中银国际英国保诚信托有限公司，进行积极研究和部署。
It is understood that the summer fund (Hong Kong) will work with OSL Digital Securities Ltd., a leading partner in the virtual asset industry, and Silver UK Trust Ltd., a leading trustee, for active research and deployment.
无独有偶。博时国际也宣布，获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（香港证监会）的批准，在原有的9号牌（提供资产管理）业务基础上，扩展业务范围至提供与虚拟资产有关的资产管理服务。
The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Supervisory Board (KCVOC) has also announced that it will extend the scope of its operations to provide asset management services related to virtual assets, based on the original nine-plate (provide for asset management).

Data from Bloomberg show that since 2024, the total market value of encrypted currencies has exceeded $2.53 trillion, with the largest encoded currency increasing by more than 69% in the first quarter of this year. The current Bitcoin ETF is the driving force behind the price increase, with an inflow of more than $12 billion in the first quarter. The current Bitcoin ETF currently holds 8.31 million bitcoins worth about $59 billion.
在某在港机构看来，加密货币的价格走势与宏观流动性之间有强相关性。尽管美联储降息步伐可能延迟，但目前市场流动性仍较为充裕。预计降息开始后，释放的流动性或能推动加密货币价格的上涨。此外，比特币与全球主流金融市场的低相关性可有效增强投资组合分散性。随着比特币逐渐走入大众视野，甚至被机构投资者纳入投资组合，较高风险的比特币有望对投资组合表现带来增强效果。

以南方东英比特币期货ETF为例，该产品规模上个月正式突破10亿港元大关，最新规模超过9亿港元，2024年以来规模增幅超3倍。与此同时，三星比特币期货ETF也实现了1亿港元关口的突破，最新规模为1.47亿港元，今年以来规模增幅接近1.5倍。此外，南方以太币ETF截至上周末规模已突破2亿港元，较去年末增幅超2倍。
In the South, for example, the East-East Ebitcoin Futures ETF, which officially crossed the HK$1 billion threshold last month, the latest size exceeded HK$90 million, with a three-fold increase in size since 2024. At the same time, the three-star ETFs also achieved a breakthrough of HK$100 million, the latest size being HK$147 million, nearly 1.5 times the size since last year.
业内人士表示，若未来虚拟资产现货ETF获批，预计将进一步促进香港乃至整个亚洲虚拟资产市场的发展，吸引更多全球资金的流入，激发香港虚拟资产市场的底层活力。同时，这也展现了香港对于新兴金融领域的开放态度和创新精神，为其他国家和地区的虚拟资产监管提供宝贵的经验。
