However, the exact origin of the DAO project remains a mystery, and contributors involved in the project code described a complex network of relationships in interviews with journalists.

Another question about how the DAO project actually works is how the organization is connected to the traditional economy, particularly with regard to regulation. To this end, Slock.it has also worked with Bity, a digital money exchange in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, to co-establish DAO.Link, a new company intended to act as a bridge between DAO and the real world, whose contractors are required to pay taxes and adhere to regulatory requirements within their respective jurisdictions.

However, the owner of the domain name itself is also a mystery. In the interview, whether Slock.it's founder Stephen Tual or Jentzsch stated that he did not have the true identity of the owner of the domain name or whether the owner was a member of the community; during the creation phase of the DAO, some questioned whether the contributors to the project had also purchased tokens because of the complexity of the interests involved; in the interview, Jentzsch stated that he did not own any amount of coins for the DAO project, and Rousssel stated that he did not hold any coins in that currency, but that, as employees, he said he intended to buy some (the price of that currency would increase within the week), adding that certain members of the team were already involved in the investment; and, as a company, Tual, he stated that he held only “necessary quantities” of the currency that could be proposed, with a value of about 10-16 cents, but as a staff member, they were free to participate in the investment of the project as long as they considered fit.

In terms of regulation, what does this DAO face? From a certain point of view, the DAO seems to be similar to a venture capital company, while its token holder is similar to an investor. In terms of return, the theory would include a talisman, but Jentzsch explains that these tokens do not represent equity, and for legal reasons they do not clearly identify the organization as a venture capital company or a traditional company. “This is an organization that helps products,” Jentzsch says, “The return may be in too much, but it may also be a free service or other business model.”

Futarchy’s attempts to change the existing regulatory regime have met with resistance, and block chain technology is aimed at reshaping the existing system and seeking solutions to decentralize it. Vitalik Buterin, the developer of the Taiwan public block chain, has been blogging over the past few years about the possibility of applying Futarchy in the sector chain, and many of these projects are about to mature.

Since the introduction of a self-sufficient budget system, a number of developers in other areas have joined in the development process, including marketing terminal research and development, and the consolidation of automatic-trading machines. Who decides? From the lessons learned from the problem of internal disruption in Bitcoin, the DGB, the new decentralized block management system, attempts to bypass Bitcoin completely. The DGB, which can be seen as a mathematically enforceable and fully transparent democratic process, is a block chain voting system with built-in decentralised fund management functions. The DASH is made up of three types of “nodes” (three different DASH software clients provide access, and they play specific roles and responsibilities in the network).

The DGB, which is based on a network of main nodes, allows anyone to propose changes or upgrades to the world dollar. Where the community deems it necessary, whether by law, marketing or otherwise, it can submit them directly to the network through a chain of blocks, and 10 per cent of the block's remuneration will be given to the selected proposal; the community votes on the proposal on a monthly basis, while the holder of the node is the only party with the right to vote, who can choose to agree, oppose or abstain; the qualified offer, requiring him to vote in favour of at least 10 per cent more than the negative vote, and it must compete with other proposals, with a monthly bonus of about 8,000 United States dollars, equivalent to US$ 19,000; if the holder of the node withdraws their mortgage money, it means that they have broken the network, their vote will not be valid.

With regard to this system, a possible question is, what is the incentive to vote at the main node node? We can think that once the G.O. is effectively at the mercy of other voting systems, it will be enough to keep voters vigilant and willing to participate in such a vote, all of which remains to be seen; moreover, the cost of submitting each proposal is 5 G.O., but these units can be changed rather than as an incentive to do something, such as voting, which is similar to the principle of the Augur collective intelligence system; then, what is the system and remains to be seen. If it succeeds, it could become, for example, a proliferation debate, a more effective communication solution.

As a user of an encrypted currency, you will also be interested in the organization and decision-making of an encrypted currency.
