朱红兵自己的区块链技术基金会，目前已有会员1000多人，由于看了太多项目，对看项目已经积累了相当的经验。朱红兵和他的团队目前正在开发一套区块链项目的评级标准，希望能够规模化地运用到区块链项目的评级当中。未来，这个基金会还计划将业务延伸到区块链培训、孵化、投资等方面。

在全球，区块链发展比较迅速的地方不止新加坡一地，还包括：美国硅谷、瑞士、德国、日本、韩国等，可是新加坡所具有的一些优势似乎正在帮助它超越其他地方。

首先是新加坡政府对区块链和ICO的开放态度，以及想要抓住区块链带来的发展机遇的强大动力。

以节点资本为例。节点资本是中国投资区块链项目最多的机构之一，新加坡对于节点资本来说，也是一个重要“节点”。杜均告诉网易科技，节点资本投资的项目70%在亚洲，30%在美国硅谷。总部选在新加坡，可以兼顾华人地区，美国人也喜欢到新加坡来。同时，在新加坡也可以兼顾投后的工作——硅谷的项目希望通过新加坡在东南亚市场推广，东南亚的项目也希望通过新加坡走向全球。

Singapore is a country of immigration, where most of the people speak both Chinese and English, which is just as good for the two big countries that are active in the development of the chain — China and the United States — and where there is no gap in language. This “mixed” advantage makes it superior to Japan, South Korea, etc. Chen Yun Fei once mentioned to Web-friendly technology that many companies tend to recruit talent in Singapore in pursuit of globalization.
新加坡良好的学术氛围也颇受好评。节点资本创始人杜均在向网易科技谈及把总部迁至新加坡的原因时也提到，新加坡的学术氛围较好，真正对区块链有研究并且敢于说话。

此外，网易科技发现，这里的人才储备也堪称一流。网易科技记者在世界区块链大会(WBF)?三点钟新加坡峰会现场遇到交易平台KKcoin商务总监王崇海和公链项目IOST东南亚业务拓展负责人徐阳，他们是新加坡国立大学的毕业生，两人当年都是拿了新加坡政府全额奖学金来读书的。这个奖学金是新加坡政府为中国的留学生提供的，面向中国的一些示范中学开放申请。王崇海和徐阳告诉网易科技，进入区块链领域之后，他们发现新加坡这个圈子的人有相当一部分是从这个奖学金出来的。
