The market value of block chain assets generally declined this week, and the market value of 94 projects in the TOP 100 project fell to varying degrees. According to Coinmarkcap, the total market value of the top 100 global block chain assets as at 6 August 2018 was $253.798 billion, a decline of 14.65 per cent, with six new projects entering TOP 100. On 6 August, Bitcoin prices were $7012.95, a decline of 14.55 per cent over the previous week and Etheeum prices of $406.78, an increase of 12.76 per cent.

Bitcoin's block size and average number of block transactions increased this week; the number of blocks' sizes rose and the average number of transactions fell. Bitcoin's average unacknowledged number of transactions increased by 12.25 per cent over the same period last week, and the average unacknowledged number of transactions increased by 21.24 per cent over the same period last week. The market value of the TOOP10 project was stable and the market value of the 10 projects fell to varying degrees. TRON为上周github代码活跃度最高项目。2018年7月30日至8月5日，github代码中TRON活跃程度最高，本周共计145 commits，环比上周下降6.46%。其次为XMX，达104 commits。
TRON is the highest activity of last week's github code. From 30 July to 5 August 2018, the highest activity of the github code was TRU. This week, 145 companies, with a 6.46% drop in rings from last week. The second was XMX, with 104 companies.

On 2 August, an official report indicated that the Korean Financial Supervisory Authority (FSS) had recommended that local regulators and enterprises develop an integrated block chain system for stock trading. The FSS provided a detailed analysis of the block chain technology used so far by international stock exchange operators. The report concluded that a block chain system based on anti-poding could improve the efficiency, integrity and security of tracking and storing transactions, while existing traditional systems using centralized ledgers were less efficient and more vulnerable to hacking.
