比特币中国被收购 新浪科技：BTCC（Bitcoin China，比特币中国）作为全球运营历史悠久的比特币交易平台，是我国第一家数字货币交易所，也是曾最大的一家。1月29日，BTCC正式宣布被香港区块链投资基金收购。
On January 29, BTCC officially announced its takeover by the Hong Kong Block Chain Investment Fund.

此前，BTCC高管曾向全天候科技透露了“开交易所管钱比较麻烦，不安全”的想法。

过去BTCC专注于数字资产交易平台的运营，但公司宣布，今后将把业务重心完全转移到国际市场及旗下的三个主要产品——BTCC矿池“国池”，Mobi数字资产钱包和美元现货交易平台。
In the past, BTCC has focused on the operation of the digital asset trading platform, but the company has announced that in the future it will shift its business focus entirely to the three main products on the international market and under the flag, the BTCC pond, the Mobi digital asset wallet and the United States dollar spot trading platform.

BTCC介绍称，Mobi数字资产钱包已于2017年3月正式上线，目前拥有来自183个国家的用户。

BTCC交易平台副总裁蔡敏杰表示，BTCC将利用其运营历史悠久的比特币交易平台的经验，在未来向用户提供更便捷安全的数字资产服务。
The Vice-President of the BTCC Trading Platform, Choi Minjie, stated that BTCC would use its experience in operating its long-standing Bitcoin trading platform to provide user-friendly and secure digital asset services in the future.

虽然是从事数字资产相关交易，对于区块链技术和其他加密货币，李启元却持有相对保守态度。近日，他在接受媒体采访时表示，只认准比特币、莱特币、以太坊、比特币现金这四种主流数字资产，其他的他统统不感兴趣，也不会推荐别人去投资。
Although dealing with digital assets, Li Qi won is relatively conservative about block chain technology and other encrypted currencies. Recently, in an interview with the media, he stated that only the four dominant digital assets of Bitcoin, Leitcoin, Etheria, and Bitcoin cash were recognized, and that all others were not interested and would not be recommended for investment.
在他眼里，区块链技术是一把双刃剑，可以带来丰厚的利益，也有可能被某些不法分子利用来实施欺诈犯罪。
In his view, block chain technology was a double-edged sword that could bring rich benefits and could also be used by some outlaws to commit fraudulent offences.
“就像你有一把牛排刀，你可以用它切牛排，但如果你有犯罪的心理，你也可以用它来刺伤人。再比如互联网——你可以使用电子邮件进行沟通，但也可以用来欺诈犯罪。新技术有两种使用方式，问题不是技术本身，而是人们如何使用它。”
"Like you have a steak knife, you can cut steaks with it, but if you have a criminal mind, you can stab people with it. And like the Internet -- you can communicate by e-mail, but you can also use it as a fraud. New technologies have two ways to use it, not technology itself, but how people use it."
不过，对于BTCC的未来，李启元则保持非常乐观的态度：

比特币中国被收购 监管层加强对比特币的管控
2017年9月，中国央行等七部委发布《防范代币发行融资风险的公告》称，代币发行融资本质上是未经批准非法公开融资的行为，应当立即停止。任何所谓的代币融资交易平台不得从事法定货币与代币、“虚拟货币”相互之间的兑换业务，不得买卖或作为中央对手方买卖代币或“虚拟货币”，不得为代币或“虚拟货币”提供定价、信息中介等服务。
