会议指出，元宇宙在全省文旅领域的应用需要不断创新内容、提升品质，相关景区和企业要高度重视，研发更富有创意和吸引力的虚拟旅游产品，满足游客日益增长的个性化需求。景区和企业要在保持实际旅游业务的基础上，探索与元宇宙的融合发展，实现线上线下互补，提供更加全面的旅游服务。

除此之外，全省各级文旅部门和景区实体，要加强数字技术元宇宙在文旅领域的应用，积极主动开发虚拟旅游项目。让用户和游客通过在元宇宙中的体验，“参观”我省各地的名胜古迹、自然景观和文化遗产。同时运用元宇宙做好传统文化传播，用户可以“参观”各种虚拟博物馆、艺术馆、展览、演出，了解不同市州、县区的历史文化、民俗艺术等方面的知识。
