华商报延安讯（记者 张建全 赵雄韬）8月23日，延安警方破获一起涉嫌盗窃国家电力案件，在山间简易板房中，一台台用来挖比特币的大功率电脑就接在油田矿区生产电缆上，耗电量惊人。

8月23日，延安市公安局延河分局接到群众举报，油田矿区用电异常，民警随即展开调查，沿山区电网巡查时，在志丹县双河镇侯市村某山头发现一处私搭机房，现场查获私接变压器设备一台以及大量比特币“挖矿机”，这些“挖矿机”就是一台台电脑主机。

8月26日，延安市公安局延河分局刑侦大队队长翟绪新说，油田矿区多处在山区，油田架设了高压电缆用于生产，为了解决山区群众的用电问题，油田便为沿线的山区群众接入了照明用电，8月23日，居住在山里的村民发现有一处简易房中私接电线，便向警方报案。当天，警方依照线索查获了5处“挖矿场”，每处“挖矿场”摆放着一两百台数量不等的“挖矿机”，抓获嫌疑人4人。

8月24日，警方加大巡查力度，再次查获了3处“挖矿场”。截至目前，警方已在双河、招安、侯市等采油区，查获私接电力比特币“挖矿场”8处，扣押比特币“挖矿机”1600余台，变压器7台，网络交换机7台，笔记本电脑2台，抓获犯罪嫌疑人4人。

据了解，比特币是一种虚拟货币。2008年11月，一位电脑极客在一家密码学论坛上首次提出了“比特币”的概念——这是一种基于多种电脑加密技术产生的虚拟货币，必须通过“挖矿”的方法才能取得。所谓挖矿，就是不停地运作昵称为“挖矿机”的高性能电脑设备，通过特定程序的复杂算法对比特币进行生成。在我国的比特币交易市场，1枚比特币的价格从年初的不足7000元一路炒到逾30000元。

疯狂“挖矿机”

“查获相关设备后，我们查阅资料发现，该案系陕西省内首起挖比特币涉嫌盗窃电力案件。侦破案件期间，警方也一直通过互联网来了解相关知识，由于案情复杂，只有等案件彻底侦破后，才能解释这些矿场是如何接入变压器，如何将大量的机器运入山间并隐藏的具体情况”，翟绪新告诉华商报记者，据初步了解，这些“挖矿场”设立在今年4月份，“挖矿机”都是大功率电脑，为了给“挖矿机”供电，“挖矿场”从油田矿区的高压线上盗电，接入了变压器为这些电脑24小时供电，耗电量非常大，初步估算每台“挖矿机”每天耗电7度。保守估计，每天的耗电量都在一万度以上。

近日，延安阴雨连绵，涉案矿场都处在山区，延安市公安局延河分局先后已投入警力200余人次进行巡查，深挖涉嫌盗窃电力的“挖矿场”。翟绪新表示，由于案情重大，作案手段也是首次出现，他们已经将相关案情上报，延安市公安局也抽调了刑侦、网安等警力组成专案组赶赴现场指导，具体情况仍在进一步调查中。
