1、技术工程师：既包括区块链专业人才，如区块链研发工程师、智能合约开发、密码学专家等，也包括传统互联网技术人才，如C++/Java/Python开发工程师、前端、后端、测试等等。

2、产品经理/行业解决方案专家：去年10月24日的会议强调要将区块链用于解决行业问题、民生问题等，我们国家的区块链应用方向目前也大多是用于改善各行业的痛点。

区块链的“高速”的发展，市场主体依然处于起步阶段，但随着行业扶持及技术不断加强，我国区块链产业规模不断扩大。据相关数据统计，16年中国区块链行业市场规模仅约1亿元左右，19年增加到12亿。

The “high-speed” development of the block chain is still in its infancy, but as industry support and technology continue to grow, the size of the sector’s industry continues to grow. According to relevant data, the size of the market in China’s block chain sector grew in 16 years, from about 100 million yuan to 1.2 billion dollars in 19 years.

短时间就有这么多的增量，未来市场规模只会更加突飞猛进。展迅速之下也有一些问题阻碍，比如专业人才不够，技术标准不统一。

With so much increment in a short period of time, the size of the market will only increase dramatically in the future. There are also obstacles to rapid progress, such as insufficient expertise and inconsistent technical standards.

区块链与供应链金融深度融合也存在问题。尽管区块链底层技术得到国家支持，但并没有得到普遍认可，做区块链的人与做供应链的人并不一定能互相了解对方技术和模式，使得区块链技术不能很好的应用于供应链金融中。

There is also a problem with the financial depth of the block chain and the supply chain. While the technology at the bottom of the block chain is supported by the state, it is not universally accepted that the people who make the block chain and those who make the supply chain do not necessarily understand each other’s technology and patterns, making the block chain technology less well applied to supply chain finance.
